We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Participation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations.
- Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations.
- Assisting the IAM Functional Lead.
- Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets.
- Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in IAM software administration and support.
- General Technical skills regarding IAM.
- Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence Service Now.
- B2 English and fluency Spanish.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 29016 Málaga
