They conduct market research, set timelines for product launches, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and positioning, and participate in presentations and events. They act as the ‘voice of the customer’ within their Business Units, researching consumer needs and experiences.What you will do :
Coordinate GTM launch activities across teams and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.Lead kickoff meetings for GTM launches and assess organizational readiness.Understand and communicate buyer personas, value propositions, and market fit for different segments to internal and external stakeholders.Create tools and content to position solutions effectively in the marketplace to generate leads.Conduct market research including competitive analysis and win/loss assessments.Provide feedback to product teams on market needs to guide product strategy and roadmaps.Make recommendations on solution naming, positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.Support multiple products within the portfolio simultaneously.Offer strategic guidance on portfolio management.Mentor team members to foster growth and development.What we are looking for :
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing, Product Management, SaaS, or B2B roles.Strategic thinking and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Experience presenting to and influencing executives.Empathy for users and market perspectives.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Coordination skills with product and sales teams.Positive, adaptable attitude.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Bachelor’s Degree required;
