**About the Role**:We are looking for a Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) to join our Peripheral Team in the south part of Spain who will be responsible for the sales and clinical support of our highly regarded Peripheral products.This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations that are within the Andalucia or Extremadura.**Responsibilities**:- Developing sales and ensuring market penetration with the existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities- Maintain and build strong relationships across our customer base. You will also gain recognition as a go-to person at Gore and as a product expert- Provide clinical product education and training, and regular involvement in case planning and case support in operating room- Ensure new product introduction in Spanish Market and driving local marketing initiatives- Implement Gore’s product strategy- Ensure the cooperation with other Gore Associates are active and constructive, to achieve team goals and objectives**Required Qualifications**:- Experienced in medical device sales, preferably with a medical engineering or clinical background- Extensive commercial skills as well as proactive, self-motivated, and well organized- Demonstrated capability to work flexibly, reacting to customer requirements, specifically regarding case management- A strong team-player who will interact with other associates both locally and across Europe on a regular basis- The role is home office based and requires a willingness to undertake extensive travel within the South of Spain, and internationally to sales meetings, congresses and for training- Fluent in Spanish and English**Desired Qualifications**:- Endovascular knowledge and strong connection with vascular surgeons and interventional radiologist- Previous experience in endovascular business on this areaRemote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with prior appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies and additional documents, from the country in which they are employed.**What We Offer**: Our success is based on the capability and creativity of our Associates, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards program that supports your everyday and helps you build your tomorrow.We believe in the strength of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
