What experience is valuabe?
* Build AI‑driven workflows for enterprise account targeting and prospect discovery.
* Develop lead scoring, account prioritization, and buying‑intent models.
* Create automated enrichment pipelines using internal and external data sources.
* Implement AI agents and LLM‑based workflows to support outbound sales and marketing initiatives.
* Design personalization systems for email, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM campaigns.
What initiatives will you particpate (and potentially lead)?
* Run weekly and bi‑weekly GTM experimentation sprints.
* Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing frameworks.
* Launch and optimize GTM campaigns across multiple channels.
Some weekly activities
* Optimize CRM and revenue workflows.
* Automate lead routing, qualification, and engagement processes.
* Build dashboards to track pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue metrics.
* Partner with sales leadership to improve prospecting efficiency and conversion rates.
What KPIs will we track with you?
* Build reporting systems for pipeline generation and GTM performance.
* Monitor funnel metrics including:
o MQL → SQL conversion
o Meeting booking rates
o Opportunity creation
o Pipeline velocity
o Revenue attribution
* Generate actionable insights from GTM experiments.
Qualifications
* Experience implementing AI agents for sales or marketing.
* 2+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Marketing, or a related role.
* Experience building automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Clay, N8N, etc.
* Some understanding of enterprise sales processes and B2B SaaS GTM motions.
* Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
* Knowledge of Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Startup or high‑growth environment experience.
