What will your mission be?
* Coordinate technical and project management activities across the main client, industrial partners, and the different departments involved.
* Ensure the proper application of internal development and quality processes (project management methodologies, design, validation, and homologation).
* Consolidate and report QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) at each project milestone.
* Oversee the technical convergence of mechanical components within your area of responsibility, from early phases through technical maturity (P0–P4).
* Participate in defining objectives, risk analysis, and overall project planning.
* Prepare the technical documentation required for development (specifications, functional analyses, validation plans, quality dossiers, QCDP reports, among others).
* Ensure problem‑solving and technical traceability using structured methodologies (LUP, 8D, QC Story, PDCA).
* Coordinate the technical transfer to the series production phase.
* Participate in training sessions and updates of internal development and quality tools.
* Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or similar).
* At least 15 years of experience in technical project management, especially in the automotive/Powertrain sector.
* Deep technical knowledge of combustion and electric engines.
* Proven experience in technical coordination between departments and cross‑functional project management.
* High level of English (C1) is essential, both spoken and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate agreements and decision‑making in complex and multicultural environments.
* Leadership skills, global project vision, and a results‑oriented mindset.
