Location/Division Specific Information: The Epidemiology & Strategic Affairs (ESA) Real-World Evidence (RWE) team within PPD combines epidemiology, outcomes research, biostatistics, and statistical programming to support clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. We assist in building real-world evidence to demonstrate the value of their products, supporting study design and conduct throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-marketing. Our team addresses real-world research questions related to disease burden, treatment patterns, resource utilization, and safety through various study designs, including hybrid studies that combine secondary data sources with tailored data collection methods. We focus on methodological excellence and high-quality scientific output, providing leadership and strategic advice to clients and internal teams. The team offers opportunities for career growth, whether expanding scientific expertise or moving into leadership roles. The position location is EMEA, with options for office-based, hybrid, or remote work.
