Are you looking for a permanent job in Southern Spain? For our client, an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain, we are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for the hot section.
Information and Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine.
* At least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalent.
* Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
* Qualification from Culinary school.
* Knowledge of HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols.
* Upper intermediate level in English is mandatory.
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
About the job:
* If relocating from abroad, temporary shared accommodation will be provided (up to 500 € per month) until you arrange your own.
* Salary for this role ranges from 2,400 to 2,800 € gross per month for 40 hours per week plus tips.
* Salary is paid monthly.
* Your duties include food preparation and cooking in the hot section, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, maintaining high standards, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
