Allround Entertainer – Catalonia
Acttiv is looking for a versatile, energetic, and adventurous all‑round entertainer to join our team in Catalonia. The role involves engaging guests from children to teens, contributing to both daytime and nighttime entertainment, and maintaining high‑quality standards across activities.
Job Description
As an all‑round entertainer, you will organise and lead a wide range of activities across our clubs and on‑site entertainment. This includes:
- Running children’s games (ages 3–12) and teen activities.
- Lead adult programmes: sports, bingo, quiz nights, handicraft workshops, etc.
- Dance and interactive performances for children in the mini‑disco.
- Participate in nightly entertainment shows and host events with microphone use.
- Communicate with guests and promote daily activities.
- Maintain equipment and manage activity supplies.
- Collect positive reviews to enhance the hotel’s online reputation.
You will work closely with the head of entertainment and area coordinators to ensure consistency with hotel and Acttiv standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least one season of entertainment experience.
- Strong Spanish and English skills (B2 level or higher); additional languages (French, Catalan, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
- No specific degree required; studies in entertainment, children’s education, sport, or dance are valued.
- Available to work from March to October 2026.
- All‑rounder with high energy, teamwork orientation, and flexibility for new challenges.
Training & Career Development
We offer internal training courses for those with little or no experience. Successful completion provides a clear path to permanent employment. Ongoing training covers a wide range of entertainment subjects, and we support movement between destinations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Accommodation provided by the hotel (optional €172.90 net monthly deduction). Meals included in staff canteen.
- Permanent seasonal contract, 2 days off per week, and 30 calendar days’ holiday per year worked.
- Mutual insurance for work accidents and civil liability; full Social Security coverage.
- Support with registration in the Spanish contribution system.
