We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with experience in implementing D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics 365 F&O; or AX 2012) and focus on Production сontrol and discrete manufacturing. **Requirements**:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics 365 F&O; or AX 2012) with a focus on Production сontrol and discrete manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and shop floor operations
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to write clear functional documentation and training materials
- Microsoft certifications in D365 SCM (preferred but not mandatory)
- Preferred experience:
- Experience working with multi-site, multi-company manufacturing setups
- Exposure to Power Platform tools and integrations with D365
- Knowledge of standard costing vs. actual costing models in production
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Production Control module in Dynamics 365 SCM for discrete manufacturing businesses
- Analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions using standard D365 functionalities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map processes and provide functional specifications
- Configure production parameters including BOMs, routes, resources, production orders, job scheduling, capacity planning, and costing
- Support integration between Production Control and other modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, and Master Planning
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist in post-implementation support and continuous system improvement initiatives
