We are looking for a Art Director to join our team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role to ensure the successful execution of client projects while contributing to their continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
We are looking to bring on board a versatile Art Director with strong business acumen to lead the creative quality within the Marketing & Sales area. You will be successful in this role if you are someone who can manage, conceptualize, and ensure that the creative output consistently meets the client’s needs and expectations.
Reporting to the Creativity Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Act as the first creative quality filter before client delivery: validate that the output meets the visual standard, brand consistency, and brief requirements. On strategic projects, work in close coordination with the Creativity Manager.
* Participate in strategic phases: enrich briefs, propose concepts, and define the visual language for each project.
* Act as a key point of contact with account teams and end clients on strategic projects (international B2B environment).
* Provide structured feedback to the creative team and elevate the overall quality of deliverables.
* Work in tandem with the Creativity Manager and the design team.
Background & Skills:
* Solid track record as a generalist AD: digital, print, video, and branding.
* Experience supervising creative teams and reviewing deliverables with a focus on brand consistency, technical quality, and brief compliance.
* Ability to read a brief from the client’s business perspective: understanding KPIs, margins, and production scalability.
* Strong judgment to prioritize and push back when quality or business needs require it.
* Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the creative workflow (reference generation, moodboards, adaptation automation).
* English C1 (ability to communicate with international clients).
* Based in Barcelona.
