to join this growing team in Barcelona. You will support audit teams in delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients and countries. You will participate in the evaluation of internal controls and contribute to the delivery of value-added insights that enhance client operations, compliance, and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, execution, and completion of external audit engagements.
Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and control testing under supervision.
Conduct walkthroughs, gather audit evidence, and document key processes.
Identify accounting issues, control deficiencies, and potential risks.
Prepare clear and well-structured audit working papers in line with professional standards.
Collaborate closely with audit teams to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Support the preparation of draft audit reports and client deliverables.
Ensure compliance with auditing standards, firm methodology, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in external audit (experience within a professional services firm is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/Local GAAP) and audit methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Team player, adaptable to different industries and client environments.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with audit software is an advantage.
Fluency in English required; French is a plus. Additional languages are an asset.
