Spain (Remote)
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from EMEA time zones.
The Grafana IRM squad operates a business-critical set of services that help Grafana and multiple organizations across the globe respond to incidents. Our mission is “We make it easy to detect, respond, and learn from incidents with minimal toil”. We have three functional squads within our team: frontend, backend, and mobile, but our work is usually spread across these three functions.
Our domain is quite large and constantly evolving. Our key values are unified experience, automation and integration, and Observability Native. We are customer-focused and aim to provide an excellent customer experience through efficient, automated, and integrated solutions with multiple third-party systems. When we say Observability Native, we mean integrating IRM deeply with observability tools, enabling teams to gain actionable insights and resolve incidents more efficiently, leading to faster and more informed decision-making.
Grafana IRM is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives; every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
