What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Functions):
You will be the engine behind our data visualization efforts, working with large-scale datasets to unlock business value:
- Design & Develop: Create and maintain dynamic BI dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight) that deliver compelling business insights.
- AWS Data Mastery: Work hands-on with large datasets across AWS Data Lake, Redshift, Athena, and other AWS data services.
- Optimize & Automate: Streamline ETL processes using powerful AWS tools like Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data manipulation, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security within the AWS environment.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner closely with international business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize Redshift clusters for peak performance and cost efficiency.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):
We are looking for a motivated analyst with a solid foundation in data and cloud technology:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- AWS Expertise: Proven proficiency with AWS Redshift, AWS Data Lake, Glue, and Athena.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python for data manipulation.
- Visualization Pro: Solid experience with leading data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight ).
- Language: English fluency (minimum C1 level) is essential, as you'll be collaborating daily with department leads in Europe and the USA. Spanish (C1) is also required.
- Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus!):
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.G., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty).
- Experience with data lake architecture or data cataloging tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
