Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Online Marketing Assistant. The Online Marketing Assistant will support the team by executing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring online channels, and assisting with content creation. The role includes analyzing marketing data, managing communications with clients, and contributing to marketing strategies that align with broader business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase brand visibility will be an essential part of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support digital marketing campaigns across online channels
* Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
* Monitor and manage social media and online channels
* Support marketing performance analysis and reporting
* Assist with SEO tasks such as content updates and keyword optimization
* Support communication with clients and internal teams
* Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and trackers
* Assist with website updates and basic web management
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams
* Support general marketing and administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Understanding of online and digital marketing concepts
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Familiarity with social media and analytics tools is a plus
* Fluent in English (Spanish is PLUS)
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
