**Overview**:We are looking for an experienced Innovation - Sr. Engineer to join Bunge’s BT Tech Innovation team. The Innovation - Sr. Engineer will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving innovation, contributing as a key individual to the development of cutting-edge solutions that leverage the latest technologies to enhance Bunge's core business activities. As part of a global team, this individual will collaborate on challenging and meaningful projects that directly impact the company's success.
**Essential Functions**:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions, with a primary focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal Systems, and the creation of sophisticated Generative AI Agents utilizing various agent frameworks. This includes leveraging platforms like Google's Gemini where applicable.
- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by participating in intrapreneurship or entrepreneurship programs and by proposing and exploring new technical approaches for innovative projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions into Bunge's operations.
