Hard Rock Cafe Port Aventura is seeking an Operations Manager. The role involves managing large teams, driving bottom‐line results, and overseeing operations that include fresh made‐from‐scratch ingredients, iconic bars, live music, events, and retail.
Requirements
Experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front‐line operations
Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills—verifiable by peers and prior supervisors
Consultative skills and ability to work cross‐functionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
Strong communication and listening skills;
excellent speaking, reading, and writing
Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas
Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one‐on‐one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners, and other employees of the organization
Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required
