Job Description
Several positions of Project Test Engineer for Flight Hardware Equipment are now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:

The main mission of the Candidate is to prepare and perform the qualification of electronic units using development and qualification models (EBB/EM/EQMs), and to accept flight deliverables (FMs) to ensure timely delivery according to schedule, cost, and quality standards. The Candidate will report to the Test Manager and work closely with the Test Team and other project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Test Manager in technical discussions and requirement assessments during project phases.
* Define and supervise the EGSE architecture and validation tests.
* Support technical issue resolution collaboratively with experts.
* Prepare validation documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports.
* Develop and validate test sequences using programming languages like Python.
* Execute and monitor qualification and acceptance tests on models and flight units.
* Ensure close monitoring of deviations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Maintain customer relationships through proactive support and trust-building.
Minimum Requirements
* Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
* At least two years of experience in validation and verification of electronic units.
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Experience with laboratory instrumentation and programming (Python, C++, C#).
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure, and occasionally outside regular hours.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with environmental testing, EMC testing, and digital electronics.
* Knowledge of space environment constraints and ECSS standards.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation tools.
* Willingness to learn and mentor others.
