As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking to enhance our internal IT capabilities to support our expanding operations and drive technological advancement within the company.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure across our Barcelona and Madrid offices. This role is crucial in ensuring our team has the reliable, secure, and efficient technology tools they need to deliver world-class motorsports solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be the go-to person for all internal IT matters, providing essential support with a user-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

* Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure in the Barcelona and Madrid offices, including workstations (Windows and macOS) and servers.
* Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of all internal systems.

License Management:

* Oversee and manage all software licenses for applications used across the company, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

IT Security Operations:

* Be operationally in charge of all internal IT security measures, including managing antivirus solutions, implementing patching strategies, and monitoring firewalls.
* Respond to security incidents and implement preventative measures.

Office Infrastructure:

* Manage and maintain office technology infrastructure, including printers, meeting room audio-visual equipment, and internet connectivity.
* Set up IT accounts, workstations, and necessary access for all new employees.
* Provide IT induction and initial support for new hires.
* Manage company mobile phones, including ordering, setup, and basic support.

Backup and Restore:

* Implement and manage robust backup solutions for critical company data.
* Regularly test restore procedures to ensure business continuity.

Inventory and Lifecycle Management:

* Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
* Plan and manage the lifecycle of hardware and software, including procurement and disposal.

User Support:

* Provide friendly and efficient technical support to all internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
* Champion a user-first approach to ensure a positive and productive experience for all employees.

On-Call Availability:

* Be available to work on certain weekends on call to address urgent IT issues that may arise, particularly during key motorsport events.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
* Strong technical skills across both Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Experience administering and supporting users on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms.
* Solid understanding of networking concepts and the operation of firewalls.
* Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems is a plus.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
