The Senior Auditing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the transparency, integrity, and accuracy of a company's financial information.
Job Description :
Mission & Responsibilities
* Manage financial audits to verify compliance with contractual clauses agreed with clients (by an independent auditor hired by the client).
* Prepare supporting documentation for audits.
* Maintain continuous communication with audited departments/accounts to efficiently prepare reports, lists, and documentation requested in the Audit Collaboration Plan.
* Communicate with auditors hired by clients to clarify and resolve doubts, and explain the information prepared and presented in the audit.
* Identify auditable clients with transparency clauses through the analysis of new business or contract signing.
* Read and understand contracts to identify client requirements.
* Prepare a technical sheet outlining these requirements.
* Communicate contractual mandates to the team or account responsible for managing the client.
* Prepare documentation requested by auditors prior to audit communication.
* Propose and establish procedures to make the client’s financial audit process more efficient.
* Maintain the internal control system aligned with group requirements.
Qualifications & Languages
* Academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
* High proficiency in English (C1 level).
* High proficiency in office tools (Excel, etc.).
Previous Experience & Industry Background
* At least 2-3 years of experience in internal and/or external auditing as a senior.
* Precision and methodical approach are key qualities for understanding, managing, and resolving audits efficiently.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Integrity, personal and professional ethics, especially when handling sensitive data.
* Effective communication skills, including clarity and appropriateness of language when explaining technical issues to non-experts.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and good time management skills.
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy.
Technical Skills
* Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
