Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Danish-speaking customers with their travel bookings
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Offer guidance and advice on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more
* Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions to customer issues
Working Hours (40 hours/week): Monday to Sunday, shifts between 9 am and 7 pm, onsiteWhat Were Looking For:
* Proficiency in English (B2 and higher, written and spoken)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* Travel experience is a plus, but not required
* EU member state passport of residence permit for Spain
