Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company scaling rapidly across international markets. To support their expansion, they are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to help shape their current ERP system landscape.

The Role
\n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NetSuite professional to work in-house, managing and optimising NetSuite across Finance and Operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, lead improvements, and ensure the system supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Act as in-house NetSuite expert (administration, configuration, optimisation).
\n
- Gather requirements from Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions.
\n
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automations.
\n
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
\n
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other SaaS applications (CRM, billing, HR systems).
\n
- Drive process improvements across Finance (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition).
\n
- Partner with external NetSuite partners when required for complex projects.
\n
- Deliver end-user support, training, and documentation.
\n

Adecuado Candidate
\n
- \n
- 5+ years’ NetSuite experience as an Administrator, Functional Consultant, or similar in-house role.
\n
- Proven track record supporting Finance & Accounting processes (P2P, O2C, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing).
\n
- Strong configuration skills: workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards.
\n
- Experience in a SaaS/subscription business model highly desirable.
\n
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate business needs into system solutions. xugodme

- Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Location: Madrid area, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
