You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects Zoco Home's brand values.Lead, motivate, and develop the store teamDrive sales performance and achieve targetsOversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistencyManage inventory, stock levels, and operational routinesHandle scheduling, training, and daily store administrationProven experience as a Store Manager (in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail)Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experienceEye for design and visual merchandisingFluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)Opportunity to work with a growing brandLocation: Puerto Banus, Marbella
