Role Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner for businesses beginning their journey with Google Ads. From setting up accounts to launching campaigns and applying initial optimizations, you’ll guide clients through the onboarding process and set them up for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a smooth setup and activation
* Strategic Support: Understand client objectives and provide tailored advertising strategies to achieve their goals
* Campaign Delivery: Create, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns following best practices and performance targets
* Client Interaction: Communicate with advertisers via calls, virtual meetings, and email to offer guidance and insights
* Business Growth: Spot opportunities to upsell and scale campaigns using advanced tools and strategies
* Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and refine campaigns to improve outcomes
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on Google Ads features, tools, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
* Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
* Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
