Overview

Partnership Manager (AdTech) – Remote (EMEA, LATAM). The role focuses on managing supply partners, driving performance improvements across key accounts, and ensuring high quality inventory on the Kayzen platform.

Kayzen is a mobile demand‑side platform dedicated to democratizing programmatic advertising, supporting apps, agencies, media buyers, and brands through self‑serve and managed service options. It handles 160B+ daily ad requests across 180 countries.


Responsibilities

* Partner Management
o Own and manage relationships with key Ad Exchanges and publishers
o Run regular check‑ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners
o Monitor partner performance and identify and execute growth opportunities
o Evaluate technical integrations and drive improvements where needed
o Track and resolve media cost discrepancies and other troubleshooting in collaboration with internal teams
* Internal Supply Liaison
o Act as the bridge between Supply and commercial teams
o Support a customer‑ and revenue‑centric supply strategy
o Monitor supply performance across top 5–10 strategic accounts
o Translate customer account‑level insights into actionables for exchanges
o Identify and unlock performance opportunities across supply partners
* Troubleshooting & Inventory Quality Management
o Partner closely with the Product Support team to resolve supply‑related issues
o Investigate and troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance challenges
o Analyze inventory data (e.g., bid requests, loss notifications) to foster data‑driven decisions
o Identify quality issues and optimization opportunities within the supply chain


Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably managing supply at a DSP or SSP
* Background in partner or account management or customer‑facing roles
* Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, publishers, auction mechanics)
* Familiarity with key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPI, ROAS, win rate, etc.)
* Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
* Experience working with SQL, Excel, and GPT‑style tools for data analysis
* Comfortable handling large amounts of raw data and campaign metrics
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively
* Strong work ethic with an innovative, problem‑solving approach
* Exceptional attention to detail
