Your mission:
As a Supply Chain Planning Assistant Analyst, you will act as the planning representative for certain raw materials for our beverage plants across Iberia.
Responsibilities:
Your day to day with us:
- Providing raw materials mid term forecast in order to ensure production and service level and executing corresponding weekly call offs.
- Executing short term raw material orders liaising with production teams & planners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor plants inventory, confirm inbound stock, ensure system accuracy, and balancing stock if needed (including waste avoidance management).
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with main raw materials suppliers (international and local ones) to resolve short-term issues and adjust schedules as needed.
- Constant collaboration on innovation & transitions for any NPD and portfolio change.
- Risk & Issue Escalation: Escalate risks to the supply planner and line scheduler, and raise material availability issues to the Central Business Services Hub in Cairo and procurement.
- Focal point for any material (raw material or packaging) to avoid any production disruption.
Qualifications:
What will you need to succeed?
- Experience in material or supply planning, with strong skills in detailed strategic planning and execution.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in scenario planning, exception handling, and performance management, with solid analytical capabilities.
- Effective in stakeholder management and working across multicultural, geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organization.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); SAP and JDA experience is a plus.
- Communication & Attitude: Fluent in English and Spanish for market team and plant interaction; action-oriented, resilient under pressure, and passionate about resolving issues.
