Your mission
We are looking to recruit an Information Security and Dynamics 365 Environments Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Department.
What will your day-to-day look like?
1. ERP Administration: Technical management, maintenance, and performance monitoring of Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments.
2. Security and Access Management: Definition and auditing of user roles and permissions within the ERP and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring the principle of least privilege.
3. ISO 27001 Compliance: Maintenance of the ISMS, execution of security controls, risk management, and preparation for internal and external audits.
4. Systems Management: Administration of the organisation's systems and servers. Management of the Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure resources related to digital transformation initiatives.
5. Specialised Support: Resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 incidents related to the ERP and information security.
6. Data Integrity: Oversight of backup policies and business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
7. Technical Liaison: Acting as the technical point of contact with technology partners and information security and application management providers.

Required technical competencies:
8. Microsoft environment: Strong command of the administration of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
9. ERPs: In-depth technical knowledge and permission management in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV 2018) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud).
10. Security: Management of security policies, backups, disaster recovery, and identity management (IAM & RBAC). In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR regulations.
11. Data: Data quality management, knowledge of SQL Server administration (linked to Navision), and Fabric management.
12. Infrastructure: Server and network administration, configuration and asset management, virtualisation, storage, and cloud services.
Spanish: Native/Bilingual.
English: B1 or B2 level (technical proficiency essential for documentation and support).

15. Discretion and strict confidentiality (handling of sensitive data).

Required education:
17. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar, with experience in cybersecurity, systems and network management, and ERPs.
18. Alternatively: Higher Vocational Training in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar qualification, with demonstrable equivalent experience.
Desirable training:
19. Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent technical certifications.
20. Microsoft Azure administration and security.
21. Knowledge of ISO implementation and internal audits).
22. Knowledge of ITIL for IT service management.
Experience:
23. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Systems Administration or Security).
24. Experience in migration processes or hybrid coexistence between Navision and Business Central.
25. Hands-on experience in maintaining and auditing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) under ISO 27001.
26. Experience in managing users, roles, and permissions in complex ERP environments.
27. Experience in asset management and ICT infrastructure administration.
