THE ROLEIn this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won't simply fill roles;
you'll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, networking, sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, employer branding, talent management, and onboarding. You'll work closely with consultants, leadership, and the Global Talent Team to drive Netlight's long‐term, sustainable growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Master's degree or equivalent.
Young professional (approx. 0-2 years of experience) / Recently graduated (2024/2025/2026)
Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for people, recruitment, entrepreneurship, project management, recruitment and tech
Relevant experience, for example within entrepreneurship, talent acquisition, sales, business development, start‐ups, networking, or similar
A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection
Self‐driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
