- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and general guidelines
- Lead regional compensation teams and collaborate with CHROs to ensure strategy adoption across entities
- Define and communicate the new TR process and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Design and implement a product/system to drive the rewards process in the region
- Oversee regional benefits strategy and vendors to optimize EVP and cost
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows
