From the IT Sales division at Robert Walters, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager with proven experience in Hardware and Software sales for a growing multinational company recently established in Madrid.
Job requirements
* Consistently demonstrated strong results.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT procurement, SaaS, or related industries. Familiarity with global procurement processes is a plus.
* Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and procurement workflows, with the ability to translate technical needs into business solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
* Excellent command of English and Spanish (both C1 level or higher).
* Able and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Skilled in market analysis and comfortable working with data and statistical
* tools.
* Experience managing global accounts is an advantage.

* Collaborate with colleagues on complex, large-scale, and international accounts.
* Work closely with client support and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
