Nebrija Business & Technology School, part of Nebrija University, is seeking an outstanding academic professional to join a growing and internationally ambitious project in undergraduate education.

We are currently recruiting for a faculty position with academic development responsibilities across two strategic programmes: the Bachelor in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and the Bachelor in Business and Technology.

We are looking for someone with:

• A PhD in a relevant field, preferably.
• Bilingual or near-native English.
• International academic and professional outlook.
• University teaching experience.
• Preferably, professional experience in business, entrepreneurship, institutions, consulting or industry.
• Knowledge of the European Higher Education Area and academic quality frameworks, including Fundación Madri+d processes.
• A strong commitment to teaching in the fields of business and technology, as some of the most relevant and in-demand areas for the future of higher education and employment.
• The ambition to help develop and grow innovative bachelor's degrees in an increasingly competitive international market.

The role includes:

• Teaching undergraduate courses.
• Contributing to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
• Mentoring students.
• Supporting academic coordination and programme visibility.
• Helping strengthen the international positioning and attractiveness of the degrees.
