Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including SDK networks, DSPs, social, rewarded networks and more.
* Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
* Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.
* Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insights
* Work with creative teams, internal and external, to ideate and create top performing ads
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industry
* You LOVE hands-on work - this is an active role
* Campaign management experience in self-served platforms
* Significant budget management and experience working with a variety of UA channels:
* Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance data
* Establish and maintain relationships with publishers and marketing partners
* Fluent English, both written and verbal
* Positive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
