00 PMThe Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will support the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services in building and automating campaign journeys. The primary platform is Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential involvement in other digital engagement tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, database management systems, and proprietary tools. The Platform Manager will also manage team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.Responsibilities include:
Building campaign workflows and deliveries aligned with business needs and campaign briefsEnsuring high-quality, timely campaign execution with proper measurement and QAOptimizing campaign processes and driving innovation for efficiencyProviding technical specifications and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)Debugging workflow and delivery issues, reporting bugs to IT supportDocumenting enhancements, templates, and processesCreating and maintaining technical workflows, landing pages, and HTML contentCollaborating with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management OmnichannelRequirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field with a strong tech backgroundAt least 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceMinimum 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experienceMarketing automation certification preferredExperience translating business and technical requirements into software solutionsKnowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and API callsUnderstanding of SDLCExperience in software delivery environments preferredKnowledge of email and web design is a plusFamiliarity with Atlassian tools and pharma knowledge (Veeva CRM) is advantageousExperience in support and troubleshooting is preferredSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, fluent in EnglishWhat We Offer:
