Produce analyses that provide actionable insights to influence sales strategies and brand growth.Develop reporting processes to monitor and evaluate business performance for informed decision-making.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.Implement strategic account plans with a commercial focus to meet Reckitt's objectives.Optimize end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for the sales and trade marketing teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve reporting mechanisms at local and global levels.Be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate strong skills in financial and commercial analysis.Interpret data and market trends to develop actionable sales strategies.Communicate effectively, conveying complex information clearly.Work collaboratively within diverse teams.Manage accounts effectively, with knowledge of e-commerce and field sales.Balance strategic planning with flawless execution.The experience we're looking for
Experience supporting sales teams in the FMCG industry with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate warmly and efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.Customer-centric mindset, eager to solve problems and deliver excellent service.Advanced English and Spanish language skills.Self-motivated, able to take initiative and manage workloads independently.The skills for success
