About the role
At Take a Chef, we connect chefs and food lovers around the world through unique culinary experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, and creative Customer Success Intern to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone organized, goal-oriented, and eager to think outside the box to deliver outstanding solutions and exceptional service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a hands‑on mentality, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
* Provide world‑class customer service and act as the link between chefs, clients, and partners globally.
* Manage daily communication with clients, chefs, and partners via email, phone, and chat.
* Assist users and partners in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner, ensuring proper follow‑up.
* Support day‑to‑day operations by handling inquiries, complaints, service modifications, and platform‑related issues.
* Help source replacement chefs when needed and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Collaborate with the accounting team on payments and invoicing tasks.
* Work with the marketing team to support promotions and campaigns.
* Track and support chefs and clients before, during, and after each experience.
* Take ownership of reservations and seek client conversion.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
* Fluency in English (C2) and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset with a true desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Basic mathematical skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or account management.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
* Experience with customer support/ticketing tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Helpdesk, etc.).
* Knowledge of additional languages (Italian or French is a plus).
* Experience working with tools like Excel, Gmail, Slack.
* Availability to provide holiday cover for colleagues, including some weekends.

Compensation
We offer a 6‑month paid internship with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent contract. The internship includes a monthly compensation of €1,000.
