Norconsulting is currently recruiting for a client for a results-driven Spanish-speaking Business Development Sales Representative to join a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment in Athens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and strategic selling. Full relocation and accommodation are covered from Spain to Greece, and after 2–3 months there is the option to return to Spain and continue working remotely.
What You'll DoIdentify and research potential customers within target markets using outbound strategies (cold calling, social media, prospecting tools)Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and fit for solutionsConduct qualification and discovery conversations to uncover business opportunitiesInitiate and maintain contact through phone, email, and social platformsBuild strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnelClose deals and contribute to revenue growthUpsell and cross-sell to existing clients, strengthening long-term partnerships
What You BringProven experience in sales, business development, or similar rolesStrong background in prospecting, lead qualification, and generating new businessFluency in Spanish (written and spoken)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channelsAbility to present value propositions clearly and handle objections effectivelyComfortable using CRM systems and sales toolsTeam-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
