This includes :
Process Analysis & Optimization :
Thoroughly understand, map, and analyze existing customer integration processes from end-to-endIdentify critical gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas of waste within current integration workflowsDevelop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and minimize integration timelinesLead the initiative to standardize customer integration pathways, creating clear, repeatable, and scalable processesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive customer integration playbook, including process flows, best practices, common integration patterns, and recommended solutionsIdentify and document common ways of integration, enabling the team to provide proactive and efficient recommendations to customersCross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration :
Act as the central point of contact for all customer integration-related projects and process improvementsFoster strong alignment and build collaborative relationships with various internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, and Customer SuccessClearly define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs to ensure smooth execution and reduce duplicated work or team dependenciesFacilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and alignedProactively identify patterns, trends, and common challenges in customer integrations to inform process improvements and potential product enhancementsEstablish metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of integration processes and identify further opportunities for optimizationChampion a culture of continuous improvement within the integration ecosystemProject Management :
Lead Customer Integration teams' meetings (e.G., stanups) to ensure continuous collaborationManage all phases of integration improvement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reportingDevelop project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage resources effectivelyTrack project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersRequirementsDemonstrated experience in project management, particularly with data integration and technical solutions (3+ years preferred)Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholdersProven experience in mapping complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing successful process optimization initiativesProven success in managing complex data integration projects, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or System Integration environmentsExperience in cross-functional leadership, aligning teams with varying priorities and technical expertiseExperience with data tracking, catalog management, and API integrations is a plusFamiliarity with data ingestion, health monitoring, and alerting tools is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to implementationExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needsFamiliarity with project management tools and agile methodologiesCommitment to continuous learning and process improvementUnlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per yearA competitive compensation package including stock optionsCompany sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee)Fully remote team - choose where you liveWork from home stipend!
