We are currently seeking an Industrial HR Manager to join one of its manufacturing sites. This is a broad HR leadership role with full responsibility across the HR function, combining both strategic and operational involvement.

The Role
Working closely with both local management and the wider HR organisation, you will lead the plant’s HR strategy and overall people management activities.
You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices aligned with corporate guidelines, ensuring effective adaptation to the local business environment.
You will manage a small HR team, overseeing all key HR areas including talent development, employee relations, HR administration and people processes.
You will lead and strengthen core talent management initiatives such as recruitment, talent attraction, training, internal communication, performance management, succession planning, talent identification and employee development programs.
You will play an active role in managing employee and labour relations, helping to maintain a stable and constructive working environment in close coordination with Plant Management and Corporate HR.
You will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, contributing insight, critical thinking and influence in decision-making processes.
Profile
8-10 years of experience in senior HR positions.
Solid background within industrial environments is essential, ideally within multinational manufacturing operations or complex production sites.
High level of English is required in order to operate effectively within an international environment.
University degree required; postgraduate studies in Human Resources or related fields will be considered a plus.
We are looking for a mature and well-rounded HR professional, with strong learning agility, a broad HR perspective and the ability to operate effectively in environments with a certain degree of ambiguity.
