 
        
        At Paraty Tech, we continue to grow and are looking for an Account Manager in Catalonia to help us manage and optimize our relationships with our hotel clients. This role will be key to boosting direct sales and ensuring the best performance of their accounts in destinations such as the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, and Barcelona.
With offices in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, Paraty Tech is a technology company that offers solutions to hotels to improve their direct sales. We work closely with our clients to increase their sales through reservations made through their own websites. Their success is our success!
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: Understand each account thoroughly: establishment type, location, channel distribution, growth forecast, and contracted services.
Manage documentation and update internal databases.
Provide daily support to customers, addressing issues and ensuring the correct use of our tools.
Analyze account performance and propose data-driven strategic improvements.
Develop revenue management strategies, including rates, offers, and commercial conditions.
Maintain a close relationship with clients through visits, meetings, and industry events.
Coordinate with other departments to improve products, integrations, and marketing strategies.
Stay on top of the market and the competition to spot opportunities.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED? Experience in account management and the hotel industry.
Knowledge of revenue management and direct sales optimization.
Analytical skills and handling of tools such as Google Analytics and CRM.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients.
Proactivity, organization and results-oriented.
High level of English to communicate with international clients.
Training related to tourism, marketing, business management or similar.
