This role will provide support and maintenance of the primary clinical data acquisition system, ACQUIRE CLINICAL, which includes Medidata products like iMedidata, Rave, Coder.It will also support the TrialGrid system used to check clinical study builds for ACQUIRE CLINICAL.Medidata releases new versions regularly, requiring assessment for impact on availability, maintenance, security, or interfaces. Necessary IT changes include updating validation documentation and conducting IQ/OQ testing. Changes may also be driven by user requirements or project size, involving project management activities.Occasionally, internal user access management and periodic reviews of the systems are required.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or similar- Experience with computerized system validation and testing- Experience with project management, IT change management, access management- Experience with incident management (ITIL) preferred- Experience with Medidata products (iMedidata, Rave, Coder) preferred- Experience with TrialGrid preferred- 3+ years in pharma industry preferred- Experience with Clinical Development is a plus- High level of English (B2 or higher), please submit your detailed CV in English.
