Stand Design & building agency located in Barcelona is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the design and construction of our client´s booths both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic PM who likes design and construction and speaks English and Spanish.
The perfect candidate would be a project manager with experience in managing construction design projects for key accounts, and experience in production and organization of large trade shows and events.
We value foreign profiles with the experience of living in various countries We are looking for someone who is able to multitask several projects, is motivated, perfectionist, and has a track on customer relations care.
Responsibilities
* Meet with clients and analyze in detail the booth briefings in order to choose the best design style to meet their needs and create the desired impact.
* Create the best layout and design strategy based on the briefing analysis and manage the 3D designer to bring the project to life.
* Present the stand proposal, create the booth budget, and make the necessary changes in order to fit the client's needs
* Control and manage providers (carpenters, electricians, printers, graphic designers, furniture suppliers, and AV rentals, send plans for show approval, etc.). Liaise with trade show organizers to agree on design plan specs
* Oversee setups onsite and deliverables to be handed over to clients.
* Manage long-term customer fidelization, cross-selling, and up-selling.
The ideal candidate
* A dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.
* Natural troubleshooter, able to set up SMART goals and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Should be a self-starter and highly organised.
Requirements:
* University Degree. A Master's degree would be a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, plus an additional language.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the exhibition sector.
* Good knowledge of construction materials (MDF, melamine, plexiglass/acrylic, vinyl, backlight, etc.) and of construction plans (should know how to read a floor plan, elevation plan, detailed plans of furniture and wooden structures mainly, and interpret them in order to control the production progress).

Medium-sized international design and building agency based in Barcelona, with operations in Europe and Dubai. We are one of the official providers for Iberdrola, Medtronic, Merck and Boston Scientific, responsible for the design and production of their booths at international congresses. Most of our clients are international companies who participate in trade shows in Spain and the rest of Europe.
Experience:
* 5+ years of professional experience project manager
* Full Time, Mon-Thu 8:30am - 17:30pm at the Office and Fri. Home Office from 8.30am - 14:30pm.
* Availability weekends and holidays (compensated separately)
