You will work closely with internal departments to address customer needs, contributing to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across our processes.Customer Relationship Management & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for customers in Spain, ensuring prompt and professional supportSupport customer onboarding and build long-term relationshipsSupport customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality teamOrder, Asset & Data ManagementSupport import and export activities and manage transport-related coordinationMaintain accurate customer and asset master data, with a strong focus on reportingManage the web store and support price calculation activitiesSupport sales activities and basic purchasing-related tasksPrepare reports and analyses using Excel, including pivot tablesBachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent experience in a customer service, logistics or administrative roleVery good command of Spanish and a solid level of EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and reporting)Permanent contract with a competitive remuneration packageContinuous learning and development through training and coaching programsOffices in Vallecas, onsite position and going to hybrid model after 6 monthsSend us your CV in English.
