First Line Analyst with Portuguese and Italian

In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT-related knowledge and services, assisting every employee and business partner of our customers individually by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
Responsibilities include:
* Resolving IT issues encountered by our partners during office work
* Providing support mainly remotely (80%), with on-site visits approximately 4 days per month
* Working full-time (39 hours/week) on a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00
* Participating in fully paid training programs
* Enjoying private health insurance with Sanitas after 6 months
* Access to free online language classes (German, French, Spanish, English)
You should have an advanced level of Portuguese, Italian, and English.
