In this CRM and lifecycle marketing role at Groupon, you will shape how we engage customers across global markets, driving acquisition, retention, and monetization. - Design and execute lifecycle and monetization strategies aligned with business goals
- Own end-to-end CRM projects from planning to launch with cross-functional alignment
- Implement CRM workflows and campaigns (email, push, in-app) for various segments and lifecycle stages
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing to integrate CRM tools into broader initiatives
- Utilize Bloomreach to create personalized, automated journeys that drive engagement and revenue
- Lead A/B tests and campaign performance tracking with actionable insights
- Incorporate AI tools to enhance personalization and streamline CRM workflows

Responsabilidades
\n
- 3-5 years of CRM experience in e-commerce or digital businesses
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable)
- Comfort with using AI tools in daily work
- Strong understanding xugodme of strategy, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation (e.g., RFM)
- Familiarity with UX & CRM KPIs and how to measure performance
- Test-and-learn mindset with data-driven iteration
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear communicator with a user-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate AI into CRM and UX processes
