It is a fixed-term contract to work until 30th June What You'll Do: As our Quality Control Engineer, you will be the critical guardian of quality for our high-performance, AI-driven solutions and LLM services. This is a hands-on role where you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of cutting-edge technology deployed to our global client base. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will: Ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions delivered to clients. Collaborate with teams to define and establish acceptance criteria. Evaluate system quality for scalability, latency, and data integrity. Create and standardise quality control and reporting across projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for AI systems and ML workflows. Design and implement automated and manual testing for LLM applications (chatbots, RAG, APIs). Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation. Act as the point of contact for quality validation on final deliverables. Necessary skills: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing. Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (e.g., reproducibility, model output validation, bias detection). Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows (Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms). Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
