Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CLINICAL SALES SPECIALIST based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
* Complete complex tasks for Clinical Sales - Surgeons, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality, while supporting internal teams.
* Assist in developing and implementing plans to close key opportunities.
* Implement clinical sales training programs including strategy, process, and collateral.
* Maintain and verify sales audit data.
* Build strategic partnerships for customer acquisition, reviewing demands and feedback.
* Respond to customer needs and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
* Support information management from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions.
* Execute routine tasks with some deviation from standard practice, following administrative processes.
* Stay informed on customer, industry, and business trends.
* Maintain high standards of integrity, efficiency, communication, discretion, and judgment.
* This role is eligible for sales incentives/commissions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
* Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
* Analytical thinking, results orientation, presentation skills, teamwork, integrity.
