Committed to driving innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Airline Customer Experience IT team as a Business Analyst. - As a Business Analyst you will be supporting the IT and Business functions and contributing into exciting topics that affect the overall service of the passenger, ranging from the online check-in to the onboard experience, and making travel with TUI a memorable experience!
**ABOUT THE JOB**- Support TUI Airline in developing and delivering digital solutions to elevate customer experiences throughout their journey.-
- Gather and structure requirements from diverse stakeholder groups across different business areas.-
- Work closely with key business stakeholders and external partners to hold software and systems’ components to appropriate quality standards.-
- Assume technical ownership of digital products and systems in terms of efficiency, quality, and effective implementation, from Proof of Concept to Business as Usual.-
- Prioritize innovation initiatives on different roadmaps, contribute to planning, and independently track execution.-
- Contribute to efficient ways of working within the wider Airline Technology department and collaborate effectively with business partners and suppliers, to ensure smooth delivery of projects and scheduling alignment.**ABOUT YOU**- Understand agile ways of working and be able to work in a fast-paced environment-
- Ability to absorb complex technical and creative concepts and communicate them effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences-
- Possess the ability to see the full picture and interconnection of use cases and business purpose-
- Be organized and able to challenge and structure requirements and complex dependencies logically-
- Exhibit attention to detail and maintain thorough documentation practices-
- Friendly, open-minded approach to engage and challenge stakeholders with the aim to elicit accurate answers and gain contribution-
- Liaise with business owners and front-line users to gain insights for product development-
- Previous experience with tasks and roles in IT functions, agile work practices knowledge will be considered a plus-
- Technical understanding and ability to challenge technical suppliers and internal TUI stakeholders; ability to judge dependencies and technical fit of solutions-
- Proficiency with MS office suite is a must have, while JIRA Project, Confluence, Tableau, Miro will be considered a plus-
- Business fluency in English; a second home market language is a plus (German, Dutch, French)-
