Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify and recruit top-tier distributors, resellers, and service providers across Spain. Present a compelling value proposition and ensure a smooth onboarding process with the right tools, training, and materials.Enablement & Training:
Deliver impactful training sessions (live or virtual) on product features and sales best practices. Provide partners with clear, up-to-date documentation and go-to-market support.Relationship Management:
Be the main contact for your partners, ensuring strong, lasting relationships through regular check-ins, joint planning, and reviews.Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution:
Develop and execute the Spanish partner strategy aligned with company growth goals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and promotions.Performance & Insights:
Track sales metrics, partner engagement, and market trends. Use data to improve partner performance continuously.Sales Support:
Assist partners with sales presentations, demos, and technical support. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Spain and Europe.What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Spanish & strong English skills (written and spoken)3+ years of experience in partner/channel development, B2B sales, or business developmentA natural relationship builder with excellent communication & negotiation skillsSelf-starter who thrives in remote, autonomous rolesExperience with CRM tools and remote collaboration platformsTech-savvy and able to explain complex solutions simplyWhat We Offer:
