Dynamics 365 Business Central Support ConsultantLocation: Remote (Europe)
Salary: Up to €50,000 + benefits, depending on experience
I’m currently working with a well-respected Microsoft Partner that is looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid D365 Business Central / NAV support experience who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, and helping businesses get the most out of their ERP system.
You’ll be joining an established partner environment, supporting a range of clients and playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service across day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system improvement.
The role will involve:- Providing functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Investigating and resolving user issues across finance, operations, and related modules
- Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolutionWorking closely with customers to understand issues and provide effective solutions
- Supporting system improvements, upgrades, and general optimisation
- Liaising with internal teams including consultants and developers where needed
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
The client is looking for someone with:- Must have previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Strong understanding of ERP support processes
- Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operational workflows within Business Central
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Microsoft Partner experience would be an advantage
