Experteer Overview As Global Process Owner for Sales Process, you will lead end-to-end optimization of Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash across NIQ’s global commercial footprint. You will harmonize and scale sales workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape the technology roadmap for digital sales transformation. You’ll drive process simplification, enablement, and governance to improve seller productivity and customer experience. This is a strategic, impact-focused role at a market-leader with a broad product portfolio and global reach.

Responsabilidades • Proven global sales process ownership and optimization experience in L2O or L2C domains • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT) • Track record implementing consistent CRM processes globally • Familiarity with design thinking and storyboarding for process modeling • Ability to assess impact of process automation on sales teams • Deep CRM domain expertise (Sales Cloud, CPQ, incentive compensation, analytics, contract lifecycle management) • Ability to build consensus and drive execution in ambiguous environments • Delivery-focused with ability to translate requirements into actionable outcomes
