Lift Modernisation Sales Specialist (Remote - EU)

As we expand, you will be a key player in our growth story. Your mission will be to drive our modernisation sales forward, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the future of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for lift modernisation projects across the EU.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial consultation to quotation, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including property managers, building owners, and facility consultants.
* Conduct technical and commercial assessments to provide tailored modernisation solutions that meet client needs and safety standards.
* Collaborate with our technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to our sales strategy, helping us to expand our market share and achieve ambitious growth targets.
What You Bring to the Table:
* A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the lift/elevator modernisation sector.
* Fluency in English and at least one other European language is essential.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
* Strong technical understanding of lift systems and modernisation processes.
* Ability to travel.
* Competence to carry-out sales surveys in existing buildings.
* Self-manager.
